Industrial design services are in effect a matter of team work. Each of the involved participants influences both the process and result.

When you say ‘problem solving’, one hears difficulties, another hears challenge. Then you say ‘customer needs’ which could translate into confrontation, as it could to interaction.

Approaches to design are diverse. A result might seem like magic at times. Essentially it is only an end point to a well balanced process. Achieving this balance is my responsibility.
